What we collect

When you call, email or send the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, street address and a description of what you need.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and processes connection information such as IP addresses. Where Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it measures visits without analytics cookies. This site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser request information when those fonts load.

We do not sell your details. Our hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate the site and deliver your enquiry. Website enquiry emails are sent through Resend.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and stay in touch about the job. If you tick the optional cleaning-reminders box, we also record your request to receive wet-season cleaning reminders. You can ask us to stop those reminders at any time using the email address below. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your quote request.

You can email job photos separately. Include your name and address so we can match them to your enquiry, and avoid including people or unrelated personal information.

Getting your details removed

Email josh@topendpressurecleaning.com.au and we’ll remove your details.
